Abstract

This essay proposes a panoramic analysis of the significant transformations in labor relations driven by artificial intelligence (AI). Adopting a critical approach, this study explores how AI influences the essence of labor, highlighting its impact on work environments, the essential nuances related to technological innovation and its implications for collective consciousness. The objective in this text is not only to document the changes observed, but also to reflect on the challenges and opportunities that AI presents for the future of work.
