ENTRE TRADIÇÕES E CONTEMPORANEIDADES: APONTAMENTOS TEÓRICOS SOBRE O INHOTIM E A DIRETORIA DE INCLUSÃO E CIDADANIA

Resumo

Resumo: este artigo visa lançar algumas questões teóricas a fim de compreender o patrimônio histórico acionado pela Diretoria de Inclusão e Cidadania do Instituto Inhotim, que por meio de ações programáticas trabalha o patrimônio natural e histórico da comunidade de Brumadinho/MG e região. Para tanto, usarei a noção de “presença”, assim como a de “presente alargado”, ambas de Hans Ulrich Gumbrecht como fundamentação para discutir a potencialidade do patrimônio histórico como apreensão do passado. Nesse sentido, faz-se necessária uma discussão teórica sobre as questões do tempo presente, tendo em vista a abordagem sobre um museu de arte contemporânea. Em um segundo momento tentarei articular essas questões com as práticas da Diretoria de Inclusão e Cidadania relativas ao patrimônio histórico da região em torno de Brumadinho.

Abstract: this paper aims to shed some theoretical questions in order to understand the heritage triggered by the Diretoria de Inclusão e Cidadania of the Inhotim Institute, through programmatic actions that works the natural and historical heritage of the community of Brumadinho located in Minas Gerais state. To this end, it will be use the term "presence" as well as the "extended present" based on Hans Ulrich Gumbrecht’s works as the theoretical foundation to discuss the potential of heritage as apprehension of the past. In this sense, it is necessary a theoretical discussion of the issues about the present time, in view of the approach of a museum of contemporary art. In a second step I will try to articulate these issues with the practices of Diretoria de Inclusão e Cidadania related to the historical heritage of the region around Brumadinho.
